  • This is one of the places I must eat at when I am in Las Vegas! The New Mexico Hatch green Chile is awesome. However, since the move from the tiny shop where they started to the much needed larger place it seems they had to make some sacrifices. Fortunately not with the food but the quality of customer service. The two girls working today seemed not too interested in their jobs unlike the 2 male servers who kept checking with me and were genuinely friendly. Had the green Chile breakfast burrito and it was delicious!
