  • It's sad, because I really like donatos pizza. I called to order two pizzas and arrived 15 min later, when they said it would be ready. When I arrived, they could not find my order. Then they found it in the back, where it wasn't even started. The entire staff was hanging out on the side, talking and not working. They offered no apology or discount for me having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. I will not be back.
