I've never had a service as bad as this one. It's a shame because we've read all these great reviews and our whole party agreed that this was the worst experience we've ever had. (only giving 1 star because it won't allow me to post without one)
I'm a server, so I first hand understand and know how it is when dealing with parties of 5 or more people BUT the way we were treated and taken care of was not okay.
First off, our server Anthony was rude and paid no attention to any of us AND it wasn't even busy. A couple of people on our table didn't get water for 20 min because he was no where to be found. It took about 30 min before we could place an order. And his responses were short and rude. Everything was " yeah it says it right there" or " um yeah" or " um no." I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure the sass isn't necessary when guests are asking a simple question. One of our friends asked for a side of ketchup two times and never even got it.
Second, our food was luke warm and my friends burger was under cooked.
When we asked for our bill we realized we all had gratuity already added to it and we asked our server about the gratuity, he gave us a sassy/rude response saying it's automatically on there. Which is fine, but again the attitude was not necessary.
Then Anthony came by faster then ever to pick up the checks that were signed. After he came to pick up the checks he was circling the table and noticed someone in our party writing a review. Anthony came up to our table and asked if there was any issues and then dropped a card with a managers name and number on it then continues to say that if we have problems to call the number. What was really upsetting was after giving us the card Anthony felt the need to come up and confront the guest he saw writing a review and said "I'll be seeing if you have issues on Yelp tomorrow" ( very rude and sassy AGAIN) AND he took the card with the managers number on it away from our table.
Him confronting someone in our party about a review is not only unprofessional and inappropriate but also none of his business.
