  • First of all, I don't even know why people come here when half of the ice cream flavors displayed isn't ever available- such as the black sesame flavor. If it's such a popular choice, then make more. Secondly, I always have a huge problem coming to this place because it's so filthy. Someone needs to call the health department. The ice cream counter is so dusty and full of fingerprints smeared on the display window. The floor is trashed with litter. The condiments look like they have been abandoned for days without attention. I know this because the skittles are hard as ****. I'm not really a health freak but it gives me anxiety just looking at how disorganized this place is. I don't get it- is the menu is so diverse that servers spend more time making desserts that they abandon cleaning the restaurant? Someone should come up with an SOP and add more structure to this place. Management should take care of this place if they want to keep bringing in business. And quite frankly, it is apparent nobody really cares for it.
