  • I really was hoping to be able to give this place a 5 star review (I even told the Tech that when I left). I brought my Samsung Galaxy in for a replacement of the charging port. They did fix it promptly and it still works to date. Cost me $100 for charging port and door replacement. The reason for the 1 star review is that soon after I got the phone back, my touch screen started to do some strange things (ghost touches is what I think its called). My phone open and closes apps and menus on its own as if the screen is being touched, and it is very frustrating. I called them back and even went back in, they told me it was a software problem, not something due to their repair. Well, it didn't do this before they replaced my port, so I have to attribute the issue to something on their end. Will not be using them again.....
