  • So I bought a set of 4 Big O brand tires in Salt Lake City because my friend owns the shop there. One tire blew out on the 215 in Las Vegas. After coming to this shop, they said they had to order the tire in. They were suppose to order it on a Sunday for a Wednesday delivery. Wednesday came, no call. When I called them, they never ordered it. Then they promised Saturday. They didn't call. Mind you, I'm now driving on a spare for 6 days. Saturday, I call - they don't even have me or the tire in the computer. Then they say, "oh, we found it, come down". I tell them all of the paperwork is in the file in my office so I hope I'm in the computer he says no problem come down you don't need the paperwork , you are in our system. I get here, they then tell me they only have 1 employee and it will be 1.5 hours to change the tire. So I make an arrangement to come back the following day. Sunday, I get here, the guy is like Hey What's Up? I tell him I have 30 minutes to change it cuz I have an appointment that I have to be at . Then still can't find me in the system and asked me to produce the paperwork. Then I tell him that they told me I didn't need to bring it in the best I could do is send it to them on Monday the guy gives me a really dirty look and then proceeds to change the tire at this point I come I just want to get the tire done and get out of here I will never come back to this location. He then tells me I have to pay for the warranty & rebalance, offers no concessions for bad service. they're horrible & unprofessional. If I could give them a minus five stars, I would. A one week hassle. Go somewhere else for tires and service.
