  • Awful self storage experience. The facility is in complete disarray. Storage units are "secured" with chicken wire over the top. Half the lights in the facility do not work. The cart, when available, requires ear protection to ensure the 45271dB it outputs do not cause your ear drums to rupture. The staff, although kind, is completely incapable of assisting with anything more than accepting your credit card or apologizing for their rundown operation. Most can be contributed to lack of funding or management. Overall, a terrible experience. There is so little value for the cost. Seriously, there are, minimum 250 units in this building, average price is probably $45 per month, I can't assume cost exceed $10k/monthly, reinvest in your business. If you're a fan of horror films you will love this place. Do NOT waste your money or sanity, spend a bit more and use the storage units one mile North.
