  • This is surprisingly good for a restaurant attached to a hotel. Not too surprised though considering GCU does everything pretty well. I've eaten at their golf course restaurant and it was very good as well. I had an very good hamburger here. The nachos were a bit simple and did not have much melted cheese which I always like. The service was average but it's a pretty nice place - modern, collegiate decor. Friendly staff. Full bar.
