  • Highly recommend using Superior Heating & Air for any HVAC repairs you may have! I am extremely grateful to find such an honest company here in town. 6 months ago we had a different company that replaced our unit, had a leak in a refrigerant line this week and that company offered no assistance at all, not even a discount for the needed repair or recharge of refrigerant to the unit. Called around to several companies, but only Dawn with Superior listened, empathized, and provided information to us! Moises and another technician (yes they sent two together!) arrived to complete the repair, were on time, knowledgeable and respectful to our home - wearing shoe covers or offered to remove shoes. They listened to us as we knew exactly where the leak was and didn't waste time "running up" the bill to try and find more costly "problems". They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up best they could and apologizing for any "dust" they may have left behind. We were even able to utilize a coupon from their website for added savings. I am a Realtor, and I look forward to recommending to all my clients the excellent services of Superior.
