I'm dissatisfied with the quality of several furniture items I purchased from a location in Phoenix in 2010, and upset with the response I've received from customer care. I recognize the manufacturer's warranty is only one year, but it would have been nice to have been told that within two years, our furniture would be falling apart (literally), and that Guardsman covers drool and food stains but no "wear and tear." We're a young couple and it was a huge expense to purchase our first "grown-up" furniture; we expected at least five years of good quality, but now we feel it was a poor investment and we expected better customer service. I feel like we were just a sales commission and am disappointed with the customer experience.
