The rooms of this hotel are clean and well-maintained, though it is worth mentioning that microwaves were not incp as an amenity. However, the elevator did not indicate which floor it was on, the lights that showed the level were broken. While staying here my family, an perhaps most of the people staying at the hotel experienced a major setback - the fire alarm went off, but it turned out to be a false alarm. Though staff was quick to notice this and tell the guests, it was still a problem and played a critical role in this review.
In the evening, a second major issue arose - staff knocked on our door on the pretense that we had already checked out. This incident was cleared quickly, though the janitor had to call someone at the front desk to check if we had really just checked in.
