| - If you want to be discriminated against, this is the restaurant for you. I have been to thousands and thousands of restaurants in my life, everything from Dives to high scale, high-class, six star restaurants where you have to dress to the nines to even get in the door. I have never ever once been treated as shitty as I did last night at this restaurant. And I mean never. I cannot say that enough. I had the worst experience here last night that I have ever had in my entire life at any restaurant. And I am not exaggerating. I am so mad and so upset and hurt by the treatment that we received last night. My boyfriend and I just moved here to Gilbert from California to help my sister because she is very sick. We took my sister to this restaurant, because she was raving about it. Well, I don't know what the Rave was about, and after our experience, none of us, not even my sister, will ever return. We timed everything. It took exactly 26 minutes for a waitress to approach our table for anything.She approached her table 26 minutes after we sat down. That is beyond inexcusable. She and another waitress walked by our table so many effing times before we even got any service. And the manager, in the burgundy shirt, the joke of a manager that she is, also walked by our table 9 times at least, and did not take one look at us. I think the manager pissed me off more than the waitress, if that's even possible. We quickly learned by watching her and the waitresses interactions with all of the other guests, that if you're not a regular here, you get ignored and treated like shit. You get shitty shitty service unless you're a regular. If you're a regular, they wait on you hand and foot. Every other table, and I'm not exaggerating, every other table except for ours, had both waitresses and the manager waiting on them hand and foot, all night long. And if you were drinking wine, that was an even bigger plus. The manager was flipping out over the people drinking wine for some reason. I don't know what the deal is with that, but she couldn't get enough of the people that were drinking wine. She was constantly refilling their glasses with wine. The manager also came around all night long with a pitcher of ice water and filled everybody's glass of water except for ours! No joke. She walked by our table all night long, and never even glanced our way. Speaking of which, it took our waitress 18 minutes after ordering our drinks before we even got our drinks brought to us. The only reason we got our drinks brought to us at all is because I had to ask 2 different Busboys to go get our drinks. That was like I said, 18 minutes after we ordered drinks. Then we ordered garlic bread, that tasted like shit. It was very doughy and not good at all. Then they brought us Caesar salads, which tasted like it was right out of a bag! It was disgusting. We had to ask for everything from other people. Our waitress never brought one single thing that we ordered. We had to ask Busboys to get our stuff for us all night long. My glass of ice tea was sitting there empty, for 26 minutes. I timed everything as you can tell. I had to ask 3 times for my iced tea refilled in that 26 minutes before I even got it. We had to then wait another 12 minutes for dessert, and another 13 minutes after that for our check. I just cannot stress enough how utterly shocked and in disbelief I was over the treatment that every other table got. People ranging from young to old, getting treated like absolute royalty! Absolute Royalty. Two waitresses and a manager waiting on them hand and foot all night long! the men sitting next to us, you would think that they were celebrities for god sakes. I cannot believe how well they got treated. The manager was at their table all night long chatting it up with them, offering them this that and the other, offering them coupons and discounts, I just could not believe my eyes. That manager is absolutely disgusting. I can't even believe that she freaking works there. She should definitely not be a manager. This place is an effing effing joke and I will share my experience EVERYWHERE so that EVERYONE in Arizona knows about this place!!!! you guys are absolutely pathetic and you should not be in business, that is how bad you guys treated us last night!!! One last thing to think about..... How do you expect one to become a regular, when you don't give them a chance to come back?
