  • Worst shuttle experience of my life. Pick this shuttle because the price was not too bad and the sign said fewer stops. We sat on the shuttle for 20 minutes with no a/c. Then it took another 15 minutes driving around the airport just to pick up more people, again still with no a/c. Finally with start dropping people off at their hotel. We ask the driver if his a/c is broke and with no sorry in his voice he said yes. This is not ok to have 20 people on a shuttle with no a/c in 102 degree weather. I want my money back.
