  • We booked our appointment online for a few days later without difficulty. The technician arrived to repair a small area from pet damage at a bedroom doorway. The repair was completed in 30 minutes. The technician did an amazing job and was able to stretch the carpet to cover the damage rather than replace it. The cost was very reasonable. Our only complaint was our appointment kept getting pushed back. Originally it was for 11:30 am but they did not arrive until 4:15 pm. Would highly recommend.
