| - If I could give this place ZERO starts I would - my boyfriend lives here (I visit twice a week to spend the night) & every time I am here there are more things that break, don't work, or issues they don't bother resolving.
We are sitting here at 1am on 06-21-2016 and it is over 90 degrees in our apartment- on the hottest week of the summer (average day temp 115, average night time temp 105) & my boyfriend has called 5 times in an hour and 20 mins to the "emergency line" because it is ILLEGAL TO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS THAT WORK THIS POORLY IN ARIZONA (LOOK UP TENANTS RIGHTS). Every time we call the lady (Chelsea - total moron btw) she says both of the on call matinance men do not answer they lines.
He has a small dog who is totally lethargic when she is normally the sweetest most chipper doggy ever, she pants inside all day because the temperature is not livable, we cannot sleep because it's so hot. & the management staff doesn't do a damn thing.
Even the manager is a total joke. She constantly makes excuses as to why it's okay for the appliances to not work (microwave has been "fixed" twice, dishwasher doesn't work, hasn't since he moved in, several outlets in the apartment don't work) don't worry y'all, at least they give you a free TV!! (Ugh).
Oh - don't ever try calling them when they are open either, they either won't answer (after you call them several times in a row) or if / when they finally do answer it's an excuse as to why their mediocre service and apartments are up to par or why they haven't fixed anything, or tell you it's rude to call over and over?! WTF. Then answer the phone the first 5 times I call!?
I will say the day time matinance dude is super cool, we like him a lot, and have gotten to know him pretty well... Seeming as he is here twice a week fixing Cheap stupid construction.
So so mad at this place, and I'll either never hear anything Back or they will do the generic "oh we are glad to have your feedback please call or email us to talk about it" (I'm sure they won't answer if they do ask we call)
I'll let you guys know if any updates come along.
Update October 2nd:
My boyfriend and his dog have been eaten by ants for the past 2+ months because their downstairs neighbors leave rotting garbage by the stair case. And in studio 710 fashion they promise they will do something to fix it, set a date & don't actually show up to spray (even though they charge you every month for pest control - one building has roaches, his buildings has ants - $50 a month baby!)
