  • Bait and Switch! First thing I asked was to be pre-approved and what the rate was before I walked in. I was told yes at rate X.X. I spent the usual 4 HOURS dealing with an absurd trade-in offer and normal dealer "Let me talk to my manager". Not one thing changed on my end from credit to income. They raised the interest rate 2 Points at the last minute. I was told they would do me a favor and extend out the term 2 years so the payments are the same. Needless to say I declined. Don't let this happen to you!
