The food is great and location inside a working farm cannot be beat. There are a lot of restaurants doing "farm to table" cuisine now -- unfortunately, though, many of them can't tell you exactly which farm(s) the food is coming from. That's not a problem here: the table is literally IN the farm. If you don't watch your step walking in, you might just trip over your entree. Despite the exceptional quality of the food, there were a few aspects of the experience that bring Quiessence down from the very top tier. First, the service was a bit slow. Second, we found the format of the tasting menu -- each person gets a different dish for each course -- a bit strange and off-putting.
