  • I used this company twice. The first time the staff broke a lantern in my yard and I watched until the staff fixed the lantern. I'm not an unreasonable person, I understand a giant tree coming down may cause some minor issues. I used this company again to remove two more trees, this time I was not home. BIG MISTAKE. I was shocked to come home to 2 broken lanterns, my garden uprooted, and multiple things in my garden broken. Again, I'm not unreasonable things happen, but when I noticed a broken lantern was moved further away from the tree so I didn't notice and another lantern planted upright in my flower pot so it did not appear broken at first glance, I immediately called tree pros and complained about the damage. In addition, objects on my grill were thrown onto the ground, and objects in my garden that are broken carelessly thrown around my yard. I was furious about the lack of respect for my belongings and the purposeful deceitful behavior of attempting to hide the damage. The staff did not take the time to move things out of the way so they did not break, but after they were broken took the time to try and hide it. I spoke with Yersenia who was very nice and reassured me we would be reimbursed for the broken items. I requested a refund as I should not pay full price for such poor service. My request was ignored twice. Please do not make the same mistake I did!
