It's entire gym is only one floor of the sun life financial building which explains why it's always so overcrowded
Members here are really inconsiderate; never wiping down their machines, never putting their weights back, this place looks like a pig sty and 90% of the time spent there consists of looking for a specific weight that you want to use.
The staff, one lady in particular, definitely has an attitude and act as if you're the biggest inconvenience when you ask a simple question.
Their classes always fill up instantly and there's usually a line up that starts around ten minutes (or fifteen depending on the time) before. The set up of the main studio room is kind of weird too and it's near impossible to see the instructor and there's barely any mirrors to check yourself. Their spinning studio however, is set up nicely.
It gets a little humid in the summer but they do have insanely large fans placed in random areas of the gym.
I wouldn't recommend it but if there's no other gym that's closer... this location will do.
