  • I love arc'teryx as a brand. I think they're clothing is well designed and stylish. Their Queen St. store on the other hand is awful. You'd expect the employees and customer service to he top notch being that the store is located in such a prime shopping area, but nope, not at all. I walked into the shop today to browse and upon entering (I was the only customer in the store at the time) the three female and one male workers all stared at me like I had just trespassed on private property. Not even a hello or any greetings, just a stone cold and uncomfortable stare. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I almost did a U turn right out of the store. After walking up to and past the front desk I still wasn't greeted or approached by any of the workers to ask if I needed help. And of course this whole time I was still being stared at by all the workers. I browsed for a few minutes and then left. Arc'teryx, training your future employees on how to be friendly and how to approach customers in a warm and helpful manner would be great.
