  • So, I called this place on a Saturday around 10:20 am and asked for an appointment later the same day. I knew the chances were slim, but I was able to get an appointment for 12:15. Now, I was about 5 minutes late because of traffic on the Monroeville exit, but I called and they said no problem. I arrived at 12:20 and after I picked out polish (which took no time, because I already had a color in mind) was placed at a pedicure chair. I was told that Ricky had to start someone who had been waiting, which was fine with me. I waited for a while. He did a nice job, but I felt like he was rushing through it. I got a gel manicure which turned out nice, but I had to re-file my nails because they were catching on things. Be did my eyebrows and waxed my upper lip. She was pretty quick and everything looks good. I made my next appointment before I left. I'm going to try a different nail tech, but I would have Ricky do my nails again. He was very nice and went out of his way to make conversation with me.
