  • This is one of the places that I like up in the University City area. The board walk is getting too crowded and the constructions will take forever so a small get together or drinking and relaxing at home made more sense before I completely transitioned to Uptown life. Total Wine & More staff are knowledgeable. The last time I went was to get a Burly or a Patz & Hall, which are some of my favorite California wines. They didn't have the exact vintage I was looking for but hey, the guy led me right to it. I mean, to me, that says a lot. But yes, the true test is when you DON'T know what you want. I think it was sometime last year - I went there looking for a gift and the employee there took her time and helped me pick a good one fit for the occasion. I'm not saying it's like the best in the world. But it's good. You know what I'm saying.
