  • We drove to the dam on the way home to Phoenix from Vegas! It was $10 to park and we had paid for our power plant tour tickets online for $15 per person! This tour runs every 15 minutes throughout the day! We definitely enjoyed the tour and learned so much about the dam! To begin you watch a 10 minute movie & then the tour guide takes you down to the power plant! After touring the power plant you get access to the museum which was also very informative! Then you have access to the rooftop of the visitors center for some beautiful views of the dam! Once we took some photos we walked across the dam on our own then did some shopping in the gift shop! definitely recommend seeing this amazing dam!
