From a distance it looks like there is a lit to do. Sadly, several closed stores, a lot of the same kinds of stores (i think there were over 4 stores just selling Steelers stuff), and VERY FEW patrons. Made for a lonely and depressing experience. I was here in the 90's and this whe area is a shell of itself. The bars and restaurants seemed very "touristy" minus the energy. If this place is indicative of yhe energy of Pittsburgh, this city is in serious trouble.
