  • Hated my trip here today. Thanks to Alan (the asshole in the fine jewelry department). After driving 15 miles to get my watch sized i was told that there was NO ONE on the floor that could help me and I'd have to come back another day. I should have known that he was just lazy and didn't want to do it. I left fronting a smile saying I'll return. As i was making my 15 mile drive i kept thinking about how strange it was. So i called and i spoke to manager Sue. She confirmed that there is more than one person that can help me. I am soo upset and i decided not to turn around just because it's my only day off and i would hate to waste more of my valuable time at this Macys. Alan is an older, gray hair "gentleman". I hope i never see you again Alan
