  • i am so impressed and in love with the customer service here! the two guys who helped me out, will and brian, are so polite and friendly. here's why i appreciated their help so much: earlier this week i had been doing tire and registration related repairs at a couple different shops near my hometown, oakland CA, which couldnt be done at the auto shop i work at because they dont do alignment & brake/lamp inspection. i recieved such disrespectful service from the men that worked at these shops that i literally went home and cried that week because i could not get the repairs done the right way and was worried i would have to postpone my drive from CA to florida. none of the mechanics at these shops wanted to listen to me or believe that i actually knew what i was talking about. im not a mechanic myself, but i am pretty competent. between being hit on, smirked at, and gauged for money that i knew i shouldnt be spending on certain repairs (and believe me, i know how much certain services cost in the area, i work at an auto shop!!) i was completely fed up after driving 1000 miles to arizona and noticing at a truck stop that one of my tires was put on in the wrong direction. as a young woman who had already been disrespected so much, i was actually a bit reluctant to go have my tire fixed in an unfamiliar area, but man was i glad to talk to these two! they listened to me, were polite and respectful, discussed exactly what they were going to do about the tire problem, let me watch what they were doing, test drove the car, and were honest and communicative about the alignment and everything related to the tires! my experience at this shop was such a relief and i left with the biggest smile on my face! i definitely trust the quality of work and service they offer here and highly recommend it as a place to go. even if you know nothing about what needs to be done to your car, these guys will NOT treat you like youre stupid or naive if youre a woman. 1,000,000,000,000 stars from me!!!!!
