  • This place was just okay. Quiet and I felt pretty safe. Kept finding HUGE disgusting roaches randomly from day 1. and always scared the daylights out of us. Pretty gross. When I was at wits end I called the office and they knew what I was talking about and sent their exterminator out a few days after. Helped for about a week but that's it. Water sewage trash was kind of over priced for what I'm used to paying but whatever. Over all good place. I got Lucky with quiet neighbors. Except a dog that barks so loud in the AM that wakes you up. Annoying. The apartment was so clean when I moved out, possibly cleaner then when I moved in, but they charged me $99 for unit cleaning fee. BS but whatever, I got about 60% of my deposit back so I'm ok with it.
