Went into Verizon wireless on Cyber Monday so it was very crowded. I informed the Manager Christopher at the door I only wanted to purchase a case holder and would I have to wait? He said he would get someone to assist me. I found my holder within 5 minutes. So I'm standing there with item in hand. 20 minutes go by and someone comes in who needs a holder, they talk to Christopher who tells them they have his particular holder. The customer finds his holder instantly goes up to Christopher and Christopher has a sales associate ring the customer up. I wait till the man walks out and I go up to the counter where Christopher and the same associate is and ask why was he rung up before me, all I have is a holder to. Christopher says he didn't see me, I said I've been standing waiting patiently. So the same associate helps me. While I'm getting taking care I verbally tell him how displeased I am. Christopher overhears me and says " Will I like to go back to the corner and keep politely waiting"! I couldn't believe it. I let him know that that was very rude and unprofessional. He apologized and told me that I made the situations worse by voicing my displeasure. I'll be contacting corporate.
