rev:text	You know it's bad when, after seating yourself, you hear what appears to be the only server apologizing to people for the wait for their food/drinks/checks. I should've known, because I read the reviews prior to coming here, but was intrigued by the pictures on the window...(Too bad the food isn't as good as it looks!) Upon arriving at the restaurant, you're not greeted by anyone...it's "seat yourself" and there isn't a waiting area so you basically just walk into the restaurant and stand around looking for an open and hopefully clean table. I found one right by the front door and took a seat. The table next to me was covered in ketchup with broken pieces of glass all over the floor (and more ketchup). The girl at that table saw me looking and apologized for the mess...she said the server accidentally dropped the bottle on the table when bringing her food, but failed to come back and clean it up...or even apologize. So the girl had to eat her food with the ketchup all over the table...and now she had been waiting almost an hour for her check. I know that should've been my cue to leave, but I was meeting some friends there and figured I might as well just see how it went. It took almost 45 minutes for the waitress to come to our table and when she did she didn't offer drinks, just quickly asked us what we wanted to order and then walked off in the middle of the order. Then she came back and asked us to start over again. After ordering it took another 30-40 minutes to get our food, which was just ok...might have been better if it wasn't ice cold. A bit later the server returned and apologized for the wait and asked us what we wanted to drink??? After we already ate our food?? Strange....She then explained she was the only server working..on a Sunday morning during the busiest breakfast time...okayyyy. We asked for our bill, waited another 30 minutes to pay and quickly got out of there. That was 3 hours of our life pretty much wasted. I would've given 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me!
