  • I've been here a few times and the service is always terrible. Usually I stand at the counter waiting to be acknowledged by staff that is either in the back or busy behind the bar. They never bother to acknowledge customers. Today the lady behind the counter had a nasty, negative attitude when she finally decided to take my order. She made it clear that I was inconveniencing her. Pardon me, Ms. Sassypants, for interrupting you at w-o-r-k! I generally try to visit local coffee shops, but there's a reason Starbucks is so successful - they're customer focused! Granted, the coffee and the food is good (hummus plate is filling and delicious and the coffee is non-acidic), but the consistent poor service is a huge deterrent. I will not be returning.
