  • I am a real estate broker. We had a bank owned listing that had some discoloration, which was tested and turned out to be black mold in every wet area of the house. We called Insurance Restoration Services after a recommendation from a friend. They came in, handled the project professionally and were actually able to keep our buyers happy so that they would still purchase the home. They were super accommodating to my deadlines and got the job done very well. I appreciate the help and they are now one of our companies preferred vendors! EDIT: Since i wrote this post a few years ago, we have used IRS in our business and unfortunately in our home (roof leaked pretty bad). The guys come show up fast, educate me on the issue, and take care of business. I have a very picky wife and she was very appreciative of their level of service lol. Just wanted to shout them out again as the service has continued, which is why they are my go to guys!
