I've been going here for 3 years. Staff is overall friendly. There's a variety of machines. Place is kept in good shape.
Biggest issue I have is the time that it takes for some machines to be repaired. Just recently they introduced two brand new rowing machines, but one broke. That was at least a month and a half ago. Last time I was there, they just removed the broken one. Not sure if it was sent away for repair or they just decided to give up and only have one.
This was an issue I saw back when this place was Gold's Gym. It won't stop me from going, but it's definitely irritating to see out of order signs that stay for weeks on end.
Other minor complaints (that are probably common with any gym, not just this one) are the programs they play on the TVs during the morning and the repetitive music they play throughout the gym.
