We booked our room on their website. Came in a little early to see if we can pay extra for early check-in. The lady at the front desk was super rude and told us she doubt our room would even be ready by 300pm for normal check-in. So I told her it was only a question and there was no need to be rude about it. Anyways we go to grab lunch and came back around 330. Signed all the papers and this time a different girl helped us and told us our room wasn't ready yet. So we waited... FOR AN HOUR! we didn't get into our room until 450pm. We were upset and she got upset back at us because she supposedly was the only one working blah blah blah. Honestly we didn't really need to hear what kind of excuse she had. I mean if we checked out late the hotel would definitely charge us but when they run late we don't get some kind of discount for it but instead rude customer service? Our room was nice and the place was nice but they definitely need to work on their customer service. Even when we heard them answer phone calls they made it seem like the customers asking questions were a burden to them. There's plenty of hotels in Vegas especially for non busy days, like when we went on Sunday, so there's really no reason for us to come back here anymore. Can't imagine what it would be like our a busy day.
