First things first, the instructors are awesome & The facility is really nice.
Where the problem comes in is the service at the front desk. I originally was a Groupon client and purchased a 10 class pack. When I asked a man at the front desk when it expired he told me there was no expiration I could just use all 10. When I arrived for class today, an extremely rude front desk woman (slightly older short woman with curly hair) said that he was "dead wrong" and that my class pass expired today. So I asked her if I could attend class today and then pay the drop in or do something else next time. Then she told me that my package had expired on the 13th. The misinformation was really upsetting not only from the man but then from her - she was extremely rude and unaccommodating. On top of it clearly she did qnot want me to be a member there because I was given no options for membership, purchasing a class pack, or anything other than to basically leave or pay for a drop in.
I still like the studio and I still like the instructors but they need to do a lot of work on the customer service end. My husband really doesn't want to go back now and I don't know that I will ever be a member until things like that change.
