  • This place is the worst place you could work as a therapist, they are corrupt and money hungry woman who only care about the size of their black navigators and their giant houses in Scottsdale. They don't pay their employees on time. Sometimes my paycheck would bounce and I would spend up to a week getting answers and my paycheck. They have no order as a company, from the receptionists all the way up to the blonde lady that drives the black navigator. They have changed systems multiple times and everytime it turns into a cluster f@#k for everyone. They are blantely breaking the rules of therapy, ( example... therapists are only supposed to have 3-4 assistants underneath them, my supervisor had 21and she is in another state, how do you supervise from another state 20 something therapists? )I could go on for days but I won't. If someone from DDD is reading these reviews then you need to investigate this company and I mean a surprise thorough investigation and I promise you they will be shut down before the day is over. The kids don't get the therapy they should because almost every therapist in that place is only doing it for the money. Most of the time they take the kid back to a room without the parents and they do nothing. Theu give them an iPad and sit on their phone for the hour. Seriously people stay away from this place for anything therapy for your kids or a job. SOMEONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
