  • I wanted to email to express my sincere gratitude for one of your employees at the Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale. I called from Delray Beach, Florida on the morning of October 4th. I had just realized that it was my father-in-law's birthday and hadn't sent anything to him in Phoenix. Knowing he wouldn't want flowers, I searched the internet for a second choice. The Google business page on the right side showed the Godiva store in the Fashion Square Mall close to him, so not even realizing it was 2-3 hours earlier there, I dialed up the number and immediately was received by Vicky, the AMAZING and ONE-OF-A-KIND store manager. She listened to my needs, asked me many questions, suggested a few things, took pictures from her personal cell phone to ensure I was happy, and then REALLY WOWED ME MORE by letting me know that FedEx same day delivery would charge me up to $50, but that my father-in-law's retirement community was only a little out of her way home that afternoon, and that she would be more than happy to drop it off personally to him. I thought to myself, "Is this for real?" Being a business owner myself, I recognize not only great service but someone going above and beyond without being asked. I recognize that Vicky must really take pride in where she works (7 years she told me) and represents the culture your brand deserves! Please make sure Vicky knows she made many people happy that day and represented stellar customer service from the west coast to the east coast! Thank you!
