  • Needed a window glass replacement ASAP after my window mysterysly shattered while I was parked inside my vehicle . Very odd ! Anyway I called CAG this morning at about 740am and spoke with Maria . My brother had previously called to ensure that they glass was in stock based on my vehicle make and model . Maria was very helpful and had all the information already. Maria was able to get them to come out same day between 10am-12pm. Jimmy was the tech that would be out she said and would call us when he was near the address. As 12pm neared by I called them to inform them vehicle would be at a different address from 12-1pm since my boyfriend would be at home for lunch . Maria took down the 2nd address and said that would be no problem at all and would inform the tech. The tech was on time and was done by about 12:30. i was able to pay over the phone once job was completed since I was at work . Maria took my payment and immedietly texted the receipt to me. Once I got to my vehicle about 230pm I did notice the window trim was not secured all the way down and there was a small gap between my door panel and window on my left side . I had told my boyfriend to check for these things before the tech left , but he is not too attentive to detail . I called Maria and she apologized for the inconvienience and said that the tech would call me and be out today. I did inform her that I would be at a different address since i was headed to work and she said that wouldnt be a problem . The tech called me shortly after and said he would be on his way.Jimmy came out at 330pm to be exact and was very nice . I apologized for the drive back out since I feel my boyfriend could of simply checked , but he was very nice about the whole situation . He simply just rolled my window down gave it a quick push and it was fixed. I let him know this could of simply been told to me over the phone since it was such an easy fix , but he said that it was no problem at all and they dont want their customers think they are just trying to get out of a job . Overall experience , customer service , repairs (Jimmy was great and very informative !), and reasonable price I am very satisified .Highly recommend!!!
