  • I'm kind of surprised at all the one star reviews. Someone even complained that they weren't offered water-strange because there's a giant ice and water machine right inside the front door. For various reasons (including two of my cars being totaled by distracted drivers) I've had to purchase a few cars in the last couple years and this was by far the quickest and easiest transaction. My salesman was a gentleman by the name of KB who was polite, knowledgeable, and not at all high pressure. We test drove the car, made an offer and made it in and out of the finance dept. in record time. We had actually test drove another car the previous week there and decided not to purchase it. KB never tried to pressure us into getting it and didn't call us repeatedly to get us to come back. Contrast this experience with Bell Honda where we test drove a car Sunday and they have called us over 20 times in the last 2 days asking us to come back. Overall it was pleasant and stress free which is all I ask for.
