  • Went to look for a dress here. The Women's & the Juniors departments are on the 2nd level. It was empty. I couldn't find anyone there. I did hear sales people gossiping. Later, when I was looking around I saw a saleslady. She didn't say a word. And completely snubbed me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of the Dillards locations abd departments I have been to. I would give this 0 star. Never going back here. I would recommend this if you want total and complete isolation from civilization.
