  • I bought an 2008 Silverado here and everything was "ok", except that the salesman constantly used profanity even after asked to watch his language around my child. The truck has been great but there were a few issues with the tire monitoring system, which is under warranty. I brought it back and was told to take it to a Chevrolet dealership. I did and was told that the warranty would only be covered at the location the truck was bought, so I had to take it back. They argued with me for 20 minutes and treated me like an idiot the entire time. The service department is a disgrace to customer service. I have never seen people so rude and disrespectful to their customers. They have recently called me and tried to get me to come in and look at other vehicles at which time I informed the salesman on the phone that I would never do business there again. I told him just a couple of then issues I have had there and his response was, 'oh well, take your business somewhere else", and that is exactly what I will do. Don't put yourself through the headache of dealing with this dealership, go somewhere you are appreciated.
