  • I bought my 2014 tundra here and at first I was very happy until I needed to have something fixed under warranty. It's funny how they're singing ho to sell you the warranty and then when you need something fixed they drag their feet. My front seat heater went out so I had my wife go to the dealership and made an appointment with the service department to get it fixed. She waited about four hours until finally they called her and said they had to hold the truck overnight while they waited for the part. Next day we didn't hear anything so finally around noon she called and that's when they told us that the part was on backorder with no ETA. They told us they would call us when the part came in. Two weeks later and no word or communication from the dealership we had to call back. Of course the part wasn't there and they told us to call back in a few days and it should be in. Of course this morning I call and heater is still not in, apparently they're on backorder with no ETA. If you buy a vehicle here I would recommend getting a warranty through somewhere else because even though they're going to charge a big bucks for the warranty they don't want to do any work when something breaks. I'm actually in the market for a four runner I guess I'll have to go to another Toyota dealership to get it.
