Functional Integrated Training or F.I.T. for short is a quality gym. The trainers and especially the owner keeps us guessing through exercise. There are options for beginners through advanced. You can just get started here or you can hone your existing skills. From large group training to one on one, you make the choice. Olympic style lifting is an option to Tough Mudder training. I have been part of this gym for 7 months and have seen results in strength gain and toning.
