  • I went to cloud 9 and was very nervous. I was going from really dark to wanting gradual lightning. I explained to Tina what I wanted and she nailed it. I was nervous about the cut and it was apparent she knows what she is doing. She told me she was from New York and has been doing hair for 27 years. She's awesome! I highly recommend this salon and her! They are all very friendly and highly skilled. I will be back and be referring all my friends to her.
