  • I am updating this review throughout my experience with the dealer service department. Confusing just to get to the service drive, which is just a one way funnel into the actual service bay. Stinks for anyone who made a wrong turn. I've never been to a luxury dealer where a Porter or greeter will walk up to your car and not open your door for you. Then they send you into a lounge, tv was a bit loud for 9am. Continuing with the confusing layout, the inside needs to be remodeled or redesigned. Every room or area is cut off from the others and it's hard to figure out which hallway leads to your destination. I worked with Rich Torno (?) today in service. I arrived early for my appointment and he was able to get me in and out of the office and into a loaner fairly quickly. He was friendly, not overly so, and maintained a professional demeanor throughout our interaction. He told me he'd call me at a certain time to update me on the status of my car, and he kept his word. 4.5/5 stars for Rich When I went to pick the car up I didn't see my advisor again, but was sent to the cashiers counter. She was friendly enough and got me squared away fairly quickly. The department must have been busy. I waited almost ten minutes for my car. My issue with this is the process: I watched a porter sit in a finished car for almost 6 minutes doing nothing. He was waiting for an elderly man in the car in front of him to pull off, which would allow him to pull the vehicle up a few feet before going to get the next car. (Again, I blame the process not the porter. Common sense would tell you to get the next car, but if you are more worried about following orders...) All in all, nothing special regarding this experience. Nice people, but the processes in place and building design made the trip a bit rough.
