  • This hotel is sad and pathetic. I made a reservation, but canceled 9 days before. The policy was cancel before 48 hours. Which I did. They charged my CC and I have been fighting this for months. I made a dispute and they tried to lie and say that I canceled the day before. Low and behold, I have the email canceling it with the date to prove it. It is disgusting. No wonder this ghetto hotel closed. Such a joke.
