I absolutely love The Madison! I could go on for days with my reasons. Stephanie is hands down the best. I've worked out at several gyms, had numerous instructors, but none held a candle to Stephanie and her party on the bike classes. She creates a space that is empowering, welcoming, motivating all without an ounce of intimidation. Isn't that what health and steps towards it is supposed to be about?
