  • On our way to vegas about 30 mins away we heard this loud boom and realized that our sunroof shattered while driving. I called all the glass shop in town and even a different Honda dealership and no one had a 2016 honda civic sunroof. It was saturday at 3 when i called honda west and they were the only one who offered to order the window and fix in time before we left on Tuesday. We were going to need a car for our weekend. We called budget which was down the street. Bentley helped me find an affordable car and even picked us even though pick up hours ended at 12. She was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip better after a rough start. We were able to get married and celberatw with no worries. When we returned we were greeted by sanovia who was also so helpful and kind even though she was super busy and was a little under the weather.
