If you value customer service, even mediocre customer service, do NOT bowl here. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. After bowling one game, the worker insisted my group had underpaid him. From the moment he approached us about this issue he was rude and inconsiderate. He refused to explain anything to us. He called me a liar and made up a fake story about what had happened. My group and I obviously had no intention of trying to weasel a free game out of this place (we had no problem with paying the disputed $18). No one should treat a customer, or a fellow human being for that matter, the way he treated us. I have never asked to speak to a manager but this was too much even for me. We asked to speak to the manager at 9 PM and when he didn't come over we asked again at 10 PM. Finally at 10:30 PM, as we were leaving, the manager finally came over. He apologized and gave us free bowling certificates. Too little, too late. I will NEVER bowl here again and it is 100% because of this employee's attitude.
