  • This was the WORST moving experience I have ever had, and if I do nothing else but save a few people from choosing this horrible company, I will at least feel some sense of resolution. They promised me a delivery of 14 days or less from CA to NC, which I why I chose them. My furniture did not even leave their Nevada facility for 14 days, then went to Texas and waited to fill up again. It wasn't until I threatened to make a formal complaint that they rerouted their truck, which then broke down in Atlanta. I finally received my stuff 24 days later. No one would return a phone call or email until I said I was going to file with FMCSA. The lack of communication or knowing where my items were was the worst part. The truck driver said he would see about a discount and then not a penny was taken off. He too had attitude when their 18 wheeler was too big to get through my complex easily. It not as if I surprised them with my address. I have moved across country twice and never experienced anything this bad. Oh and if you have anything marked fragile, forget about it, they don't care and just cram everything in.
