Did I wait a bit yes, when I was addressed to why i had to wait 15 mins. I was told that there is certain procedures they can not rush, I was also reminded that they dont rush for any of their patients when it comes to the quality of work.... Wow that really put things in perspective. My pricing did change slightly at the end of my visit for my crown work, I was not happy about that but I did understand as to why it was necessary, it would of been worse for them to NOT do something I actually needed that would benefit me.... So how could i be mad? The dentist was very nice and the male assistant I had had a great bed side manner. in the end the quality of work is whats most important to me. I plan to continue to come.
